Send us the messy file

Productized spreadsheet work: a build, a cleanup, or a document, at a fixed price. Not custom consulting: fixed scope, so you know what you're getting and when.

What we take on

Fixed scope, stated turnaround

Productized work, not open-ended consulting. Each job has a defined shape so you know what you are getting before it starts.

A build from scratchFixed price You describe the job and send whatever you already have. You get back a working file built around it: formulas, validation, a summary that answers the actual question, and a note explaining how it works.
A cleanupFixed price Merged cells, dates stored as text, tabs that disagree with each other. The data comes back consistent and the file comes back usable, with a list of what was wrong and what changed.
A documentFixed price A proposal, an SOP or a one-page plan, written and set properly. Plain English, structured so someone can act on it without a meeting.

How a job runs

No surprises in either direction

01

You send the file

Plus a sentence on what "done" looks like. If it is out of scope we say so before starting, not after.

02

We build it

Machine made, then opened and checked by a person in the app you will use it in.

03

You get it back

With a short note on what changed and why, inside the stated turnaround.

Before you send anything

Questions worth asking first

What do you need from me to start?

The file itself, and one sentence describing what "done" looks like. If there is a deadline, say so up front. It changes what we take on, not just when it lands.

What if my file is a mess?

That is usually the job. Merged cells, dates stored as text, three tabs that disagree. None of that is a problem. Hiding it is, because it changes the scope after we have quoted.

Will I be able to maintain it afterwards?

Yes. Every build comes back with a short note on what changed and why, in plain English. Nothing is locked, hidden or password-protected.

What is out of scope?

Anything that amounts to financial, tax, legal or medical advice. We will build the model; we will not tell you what the answer means for your situation.
